PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

 NAI  is fully capable of providing project management and contract administration technical services to both public and private sector clients.  Typical services include: providing management, aministration,  scheduling and control, and progress reports of new or existing capital  facility projects in both the design  and  construction phases; project management oversight and administration of  consultants/sub-consultants; meeting attendance; and public hearing  representation.
